ROCKS
Defenitions
1. mineral - natural, inorganic, limited chemical composition,
crystaline substance.
a. natural - not made by humans
b. inorganic - not made by any other life form
c. limited chemical composition - can write formula for, most are scilicates (SiO4) with other stuff (i.e. Fe)
d. crystaline - atoms occur in repeatable pattern
2. rock (Rx) - natrual, aggregate, cohesive, fossiles, glass.
a. natural - not made by humans
b. aggregate - more than one thing in composition
c. cohesive - mostly solid
d. glass - barely flowing liquid (plasma)
